Dang. I've been in TN in the summer before, so I knew what I was in for, but will it ever end???
Saturday morning we went to Beaman State Park and did a two mile hike. Lovely park, and it was nice and shaded, but dear lord it was hot. They recommend wearing long pants because of the risk of tick bites, so we did.
You know it's bad when you have to choose between dying from heat exhaustion or Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever.
